The Game

What’s the first rule of the Game? There is no game.

So basically this is the greatest way to annoy a room full of people (i.e. your coworkers) during the day. You start by losing your game bc you thought of it. Then they ask you what game (this is the only way to introduce new people to the game.) You then proceed to tell them the rules. Any time they think of the game, they must announce that they lost (so there is a huge element of trust involved in the game.) After someone has lost, there is a 20 min grace period (bc obviously if someone loses others will have the game in mind.) So if in your 20 min grace period you send someone an email saying “The Game” you have then forced them to think of the game and then they lose.

This is great and annoying at the same time.

And by the way - you’ve just lost the game!
