Barrajas Airport

International travel can be a pain in the ass. After arguing with the woman at the check in counter for 30 minutes as to why I shouldn’t have to pay a penalty for a schedule change made without my consent by Air France, she then told me that I could only carry one bag. So then I kindly tried to explain that my Air France flight from MIA to Paris and my connecting Air France flight from Paris to Madrid were cool with it and therefore it was a little too late to make any changes.Thankfully, she gave up eventually. I then had to battle through a mob to get to the security checkpoint - a mob caused by two things. 1. The lack of ropes to form a line and 2. Parents walking their high school-aged kids all the way to the front of the mob to say goodbye. People, leave your kids BEFORE the mob. Thanks, management.

On a side not, I’d like to mention that my travel experience has been greatly enhanced by a cool new selection of music given to be by Mia. Good stuff. Thanks, Mia.
